Life on a Dead End Road © Haley Wilson 2011 Direction Curve, then turn left. Denmark Drive, and a sign reads "dead end" in capital print. Go past the trailers and the trash within and without. Grass that makes small animals cower. Down the dip, up the hill. The one with the evergreens, and shed in the back. That's the one. Go too far, and you'll find a rough gravel road looping to the left. It's not really a dead end; just a rougher road. That's home. © Haley Wilson 2011 First Friends started this, started us.
